Grounded, nature-based support in the Greater Toronto Area

For some of us, healing happens best in motion—with fresh air, quiet trails, and a bit of canine company. These outdoor sessions are an alternative to traditional therapy spaces, ideal for clients who:

  • Feel more at ease walking than sitting face-to-face

  • Struggle with screen fatigue or body-based anxiety

  • Find calm and clarity in nature

  • Want a gentle, present companion (hello, Ricecake)

Walk & Talk sessions offer trauma-aware and relational care while walking side-by-side in a local ravine or park space.

Ellis integrates conversation, mind-body awareness, and compassionate coaching into these sessions.

Ricecake is an emotionally attuned, gentle dog who supports co-regulation without demanding attention. She’s great with folks who feel anxious or unsure around dogs.

📍Available in select parks and trails in the Greater Toronto Area and the suburbs. Exact location will be discussed before booking.

✅ Notes
